ABOUT INSOUNDS
How We Got Here
The need for a specialist In Car Entertainment supplier and installer has become ever apparent in recent times. Whangarei has a selection of very good Auto Electrical workshops but none who put Car Audio, Safety and Security at the forefront of their business.
Jason Milich, founder of InSounds has always had a passion for all things audio & visual.
Jason started his working career in store at Hubands Retravision back in the late 90s, he then moved to Gordon Howarth Electronics where he was an installer of car and home audio equipment, also carrying out repairs on electronics, unfortunately the work dried up so he headed for Northland Pollytechnic where he began his apprenticeship in Automotive Engineering.
Jason completed his apprenticeship at Allen (Northland) Mitsubishi.
In 2008 Jason was snapped up by a well know local Auto Electrician, it was at this business where he honed his skills in automotive electrical repair and diagnosis working on a large range of cars, as well as familiarizing himself with marine and motorhome electrical systems.
From 2017 Jason moved behind the counter managing the parts department, supplying everything from a lightbulb or fuse, to engine management components, solar power systems and of course, car audio products.
During these most recent years, Jason has made great friendships with some of New Zealand's premier suppliers of car electronics making the transition from sales man to business owner all the much easier.
As from the beginning of February 2021 InSounds will be operating out of 11C Clark Road in Kamo, for all of your auto electrical accessory needs, don't be a stranger, come in and say Hi.
